The provenance of this 1956 TR3 is amazing, not often are you are going to come across a 2 owner from new classic and what makes this one a little more special is that the car was previously owned by a 90 year young gentleman who took over ownership when his wife passed away in 1967, a rare thing indeed as the car is effectively a 1 family owned example from new, something we feel is very special and rare.

The car has been very well cared for by the previous owner who always kept is garaged and maintained a very large history file of all the invoices, some old MOT history and old style log book with the last invoice in the file is dated 2018 illustrating he actively used the car too. We have gone through the car and given her a light clean and professional polish and as you can see in the pictures, she is a very genuine example. In our opinion the car has charm and character and is a very usable classic which is only ever going to appreciate. The history file shows that a replacement speedo was fitted at 89k and currently the car shows 9,396 miles. The car is trimmed with Black Leather trim and Black carpets and has side screens and a roof for the days you may be caught in a shower. Due to its age the car is MOT and Tax exempt however what we like to do with our classics is to give them new MOT so prior to delivery it will have been through and had the MOT, Service and Health Check, this way know it is the best that we can sell it and you know it is the best you can buy it.
